Booking terms and conditions
Hotel cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation with less than 2 working days’ notice, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the booking if the room is not subsequently re-let.
Deposit: A deposit, credit or debit card details are required for all bookings.
Reservations: Verbal or written reservations constitute a legal contract.
Damages: We reserve the right to charge to replace, repair or professionally clean any damaged guest house property. There will be a charge of £15.00 for lost keys.
Arrival/departure times: We require rooms to be vacated by 10:30 am, with later departures possible on request.
