Terms and conditions:

Hotel cancellation policy:

• In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the booking if the room is not subsequently relet.

Deposit:

• A deposit, credit or debit card details are required for all bookings.

Reservations:

• Verbal or written reservations constitutes a legal contract.

Damage:

• We reserve the right to charge to replace, repair or professionally clean any damaged Guest House property. There will be a charge of £15.00 for lost keys.

Arrival/departure times:

• We require rooms to be vacated by 10.30am, with later departures possible on request.
